World Food Programme is recruiting a M365 Product Support Specialist in Rome to administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services and licensing across the organization. You will lead governance for SharePoint and Copilot environments, ensure service health, and drive automation initiatives to improve productivity for staff globally.

The role requires strong English communication, 5+ years in Microsoft cloud services, and relevant IT certifications.

Competenze

Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields.
Certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Licensing Management, IT Service Management, Cloud Technologies are desirable.

Mansioni

Manage software licensing: assignment, optimization, renewals, forecasting, reporting, vendor coordination.
Administer Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Copilot.
Setup Power Platform and Copilot environments: users, permissions, licensing, governance.
Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and coordinate issue resolution.
Govern SharePoint: permissions, sharing, archiving, compliance, stakeholder communications.
Improve administrative processes and automate where possible.
Analyze user feedback and trends to identify service improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge articles.
