VIVIDA & Partners S.r.l. is seeking a Junior Business Developer – M&A (German speaker) in Milan. The role supports senior professionals to build the M&A pipeline and engage with decision makers on buy-side and sell-side opportunities.

You will participate in cross-border projects focused on the DACH region, and collaborate with the execution team through all stages of the M&A process, including closing. A degree in Economics or Marketing and ~1 year of relevant experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics or Marketing.
• ~1 year of experience in M&A, consulting, or B2B sales roles.
• Fluent German (native/professional) and English; willing to travel.
• Strong interest in M&A and business development activities.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.

Mansioni

• Developing and managing the M&A opportunity pipeline (buy-side/sell-side).
• Participating in industry fairs and events to generate prospects.
• Interacting with key decision makers in acquisition and strategic partnership projects.
• Strengthening international positioning in the DACH region and expanding the network.
• Collaborating with the Execution Team across all M&A stages, up to Closing.
