A well established international Investment bank in Milan is seeking a Senior Associate to join their team. Fluency in Italian is mandatory and a solid background in M&A, financial analysis, and deal structuring is required.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Law, and have at least four years of M&A experience in a reputed financial institution or law firm. You will lead transactions, oversee due diligence, and support negotiations.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) within a reputable financial institution or law firm.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the execution of M&A transactions from inception to closure, including due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiation support.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and valuation assessments to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and legal advisors.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development in the M&A domain.
