Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD is seeking a Catering & BOH Superintendent to act as an Owner’s Representative during yacht construction, overseeing outfitting, BOH systems, and related vessel installations. The role requires extensive cruise and yacht newbuild experience and strong knowledge of marine outfitting and safety systems.

Competenze

• Extensive cruise and yacht newbuild experience is required.
• On-site role at shipyards.
• Ability to walk extensively, lift up to 20 kg, and climb scaffolding and ladders.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site Owner representation and technical oversight for outfitting and BOH systems throughout construction, testing, commissioning, and delivery phases.
• Monitor shipyard progress, workmanship quality, installation sequencing, and contractor performance for contractual compliance.
• Support enforcement of QA/QC standards across all assigned scopes of work and identify risks with timely corrective actions.
• Ensure operational readiness, guest experience, crew functionality, safety compliance, and premium yacht standards.
• Attend FATs, Harbor Acceptance Tests, and Sea Trials, and verify system performance against design parameters.
