Belmond is seeking an AreaWellness Manager (Southern Europe) to drive wellness across the guest experience in the Southern European Division. You will work with On Property General Managers to implement locally relevant wellness concepts, integrating spa, fitness, nutrition, rituals and experiences to enhance guest wellbeing.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years leading a luxury spa or wellness environment.
• Experience in luxury environments with operational excellence and luxury standards.
• Proven track record of implementing and running successful spa and wellness initiatives and environments.
• Experience working in the pre-opening and opening stage of wellness and spa facility creation.
• A commercial mindset, with fluency in the financial realities of operating spa and wellness environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data sets, advanced Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Translate Belmond Wellness Vision into operational reality across Southern Europe hotels.
• Develop and support implementation of Wellness concepts and initiatives at each location.
• Drive utilization of Belmond processes and best practices in Wellness Operations.
• Ensure spa, fitness and wellness services align with Belmond, LQA and Forbes standards.
• Manage partnerships with spa partners and brand/operational teams.
• Offer coaching on commercial strategy and monitor performance across the division.
