Belmond Ltd. seeks an Area Wellbeing Manager (Southern Europe) to drive wellness across guest experiences in the Southern European Division.

You will work with On Property GMs to implement locally relevant wellness concepts aligned with the Belmond Wellness Philosophy, integrating spa, fitness, nutrition, rituals and experiences to benefit guests’ wellbeing. The role oversees Spa and Fitness operations, supporting Spa Leaders to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability, while collaborating

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a luxury spa or wellness environment.
• Experience working in luxury environments with operational excellence and luxury standards.
• Proven track record of implementing and running spa and wellness initiatives.
• Strong financial understanding of spa operations and profitability.
• Fluency in English; Italian language skills preferred.

Mansioni

• Translate Belmond’s Wellness Vision into Operations reality across the hotels in the Division.
• Develop and support implementation of Wellness Concepts and Initiatives for location-specific wellness practices.
• Drive utilization of Belmond’s processes, frameworks, tools and best practices in Wellness Operations.
• Ensure spa, fitness and wellness services align with Belmond, LQA and Forbes standards.
• Foster best-in-class partnerships between properties and Spa partners, including Dior & Guerlain.
• Provide coaching on the commercial strategy for Spa & Wellness facilities to improve profitability.
• Lead preopening tasks for Spa and Wellness operations in the division and coordinate with Global Head of Wellness.
• Promote continuous learning and collaboration within the Spa & Wellness community on property.
• Communicate information across departments and ensure safety and compliance.
