Job summary

Prada Group in Milano seeks a skilled tailor responsible for alterations and repairs inside the store. You will ensure timing and quality, consult with customers, and collaborate with the Sales Assistant on fittings.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a tailor.
• Relevant professional experience in women's and men's fashion sector.
• Routine handling of sewing machines and manual sewing.
• Enthusiasm for fashion, trends and textiles.
• Care, accuracy and independent work.
• Reliability, organizational skills and time management.
• Fluent spoken English expected; other languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for alteration/tailoring inside the store and ensure repairs within timing and high quality standards.
• Provide qualified customer consultation and support regarding individual change requests.
• Collaborate with Sales Assistant on customer fittings.
• Procure materials necessary for tailoring and maintain tailoring tools.
• Manage product handling between the store and external service providers (laundry, knitwear factories, external tailor labs, etc.).
