The role requires at least 6 years in retail with leadership responsibilities, strong stock management skills, and fluency in Italian and English. Full-time position with a clear path to develop operational excellence and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 years of experience in retail environments with Back of House or stock-management responsibilities.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop the team.
• Strong knowledge of stock processes, inventory control and retail operations.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the Store Director in coordinating all Back of House activities and ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control and movements.
• Oversee goods receiving, transfers, returns and shipping activities for timely execution.
• Monitor stock organization, storage processes and product availability.
• Lead the BOH team, promoting development and training.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless product availability for clients.
• Monitor KPIs and stock performance, implementing improvements as needed.
• Coordinate inventory counts and audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Support operational projects and process improvements to boost efficiency and service levels.
