Job summary

Ferragamo in Florence is offering an internship in the Retail department to support the Retail Director EMEA and coordinate retail activities across European markets. You will prepare business documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentations; analyze sales data; consolidate data from systems; assist with commercial reports and day-to-day admin; maintain documentation.

• Degree in Economics, Engineering, Management or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; third language is a plus.
• Analytical and commercial mindset with an interest in data analysis.
• Strong IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic and proactive attitude.
• Passion for the luxury industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update business documents, reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Support collection, organization and analysis of sales data.
• Extract and consolidate data from company systems and update reporting files.
• Assist in preparing commercial reports and monitoring retail performance across European markets.
• Support day-to-day administrative and back-office activities.
• Organize and maintain commercial documentation and databases.
