Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a Sommelier or Commis Sommelier role within luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or high-end venues
• Professional wine certification (AIS, FISAR, WSET, or Court of Master Sommeliers)
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through our extensive wine list with warmth and expertise, suggesting perfect pairings
• Manage the restaurant's wine inventory, ensuring proper cellar storage and correct temperatures
• Communicate with service and culinary teams regarding menu updates and guest preferences or tasting profiles
• Present and serve wines, champagnes, and digestifs with elegance and luxury service standards
• Handle guest inquiries regarding vintages, regions, and winemaking techniques
• Contribute to updating the wine list with insights to elevate our beverage offering
