Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Maître d'Hôtel or similar luxury dining roles.
• Proven ability to lead a service team with warmth and discretion.
• Strong guest-relations skills and attention to detail in high-end settings.

Responsibilities

• Review guest profiles, preferences, and dietary needs to tailor dining experiences.
• Coordinate pre-arrival planning with guests and Guest Relations for bespoke menus.
• Welcome guests, provide personalised recommendations, and manage the service flow.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef, Head Sommelier and Guest Relations on surprises and showpieces.
• Lead and mentor the service team while upholding Belmond's luxury standards.
