This role ensures product, customer, and transaction data are accurate, consistent, and easily accessible for all business functions in the luxury sector.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, strong Excel and data skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Business or related field is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other management tools is essential.
• Fluent in Italian and English with strong data handling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Data Management and Optimisation: ensure product, customer, and sales master data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Sales Operations Support: collaborate with showroom and merchandising teams to ensure campaign information is correct in systems.
• Data Quality Control: monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies to maintain reliability.
• Training and Support: assist teams on data management platforms and training materials.
• Data Lifecycle Management: oversee master data from input to disposal with accuracy and timeliness.
