Job summary

Emilio Pucci boutique in Portofino seeks a Sales Associate on a fixed-term contract to help achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. You will build lasting client relationships, learn products, and participate in promotions.

Requirements include 1–2 years in luxury/fashion sales, fluency in English and Italian, and strong communication skills. The role involves stock control, CRM data use, and collaboration with management.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of selling experience in Luxury/Fashion
• Selling experience in RTW and accessories
• Excellent selling and communication skills
• Permanent care to details and result-oriented
• Positive attitude and reliable behaviour
• Computer skills and retail management system knowledge
• Fluent English and Italian (any other foreign language is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Sales and customer service: aim to achieve sales goals and deliver top-level service to clients
• Visual Merchandising and Image: assist in display setup and maintain store appearance
• Promotion and product knowledge: support campaigns and maintain product expertise
• Organization and stock: assist stock control and daily store operations with the manager
