Vhernier, the luxury jewelry maison, is seeking a Sales Associate for its Florence boutique. You will engage with clients, promote brand image, and deliver exceptional service while growing with the Maison.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, assisting customers, maintaining product knowledge, stock and merchandising, and handling transactions in line with Maison standards. English fluency and a year of luxury retail or hospitality experience are required.

Competenze

• 1 year of experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-value transactions with discretion.

• Promote the Vhernier brand image and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Assist clients with customer service needs maintaining the brand's high standards.
