Vhernier Group in Florence is seeking a Junior Sales Associate who is committed to contributing to the boutique's success. This role involves promoting the Vhernier brand, assisting clients with exceptional service, and supporting sales targets.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of luxury retail experience and excellent English communication skills. The position offers a salary range of €29.7K to €32K, commissions, and meal vouchers for each working day.

Competenze

• 1 year of previous experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Understanding of customer (internal and external) priorities.
• Ability to handle high-value transactions.

Mansioni

• Contribute to boutique achieving sales targets.
• Assist clients with customer service needs.
• Support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values.
• Participate in visual merchandising of the boutique.
• Maintain proper cash records at the boutique’s register.
