Vhernier Group in Florence is seeking a Junior Sales Associate who is committed to contributing to the boutique's success. This role involves promoting the Vhernier brand, assisting clients with exceptional service, and supporting sales targets.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of luxury retail experience and excellent English communication skills. The position offers a salary range of €29.7K to €32K, commissions, and meal vouchers for each working day.

Competenze

• 1 year of previous experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Understanding of customer (internal and external) priorities.
• Ability to handle high-value transactions.

Overview

Your Mission: The Junior Sales Associate is a fully engaged individual who is committed to contributing to the success of the Vhernier boutique in Florence, with the ambition to grow with the Maison. If you are looking for an opportunity to enter the world of High Jewellery, and craftmanship and you are curious to learn more, this role has a lot to offer. Your mission will be to promote the Vhernier brand image as per the company’s directives.

How will you make an impact?

Sales Performance & Customer Service

• Contribute to the boutique achieving its sales targets;
• Assist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brand's high standards;
• Support in cultivating strong client relationships, delivering outstanding client service and treatment; providing a friendly environment that includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards and solid product knowledge;
• Adapt the approach according to the client's needs and motivations;
• Assist and support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values; provide recommendations that will provide an exceptional client experience.

Stock Management And Merchandising

• Provide feedback in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock;
• Actively participate in the visual merchandising of the Boutique implementing required guidelines;
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping, including cleaning the products and displays;
• Assist in the inventory process, including but not limited to stock counting and special projects as needed;
• Assist in completing price changes within the Boutique when required.

Boutique Operations And Cash Management

• Support in sales transactions and to maintain proper cash records at the boutique’s register;
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices;
• Implement discounts and gratuities under the supervision of the Boutique Manager;
• Comply with all safety regulations and boutique operational procedures including security.

Product Knowledge & Sales Techniques

• Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information;
• Master the brand's sales techniques as per training received;
• Attendance to required training.

How will you experience success with us?

1 yr of previous experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality environment.

Personal Skills/Abilities

• Fluency in English is mandatory;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Confidence in handling high-value transactions;
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer (internal and external) priorities;
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision;
• Self-starter with a team-player approach.
