360 Talent London seeks a Client Advisor in Venice for a part-time 24-hour role. You will deliver outstanding customer service, manage client books, and support after-sales activities while driving personal KPIs.

Knowledge of collections and product details is required; you will build long-term client relationships, maintain CRM standards, and work with the team to uphold visual and cash desk procedures. This position offers maternity cover and a competitive base with commission.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' experience in premium/luxury fashion retail.
• Strong ability to identify business trends with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously within a team.

Mansioni

• Deliver an excellent level of customer service, with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, client book development and after-sales activities.
• Drive personal KPIs and proactively identify opportunities to maximise sales and build long-term client relationships.
• Stay up to date with collections and maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, demonstrating a proactive, positive and constructive attitude.
• Consistently maintain company standards and procedures, supporting Visual Merchandising, stockroom activities and cash desk operations when required.
