Golden Goose Group is seeking a Stock Keeper to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure continuous supply to meet sales plans in Milan. You will handle goods receipt, restocking, and warehouse reordering while upholding luxury retail standards and GDPR compliance.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, 1–3 years in luxury retail, excellent customer service, and strong teamwork skills. You will contribute to store presentation, customer engagement, and after-sales activities.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers and create an inclusive shopping experience.
• Oversee weekly arrivals, stock checks, packaging for shipments and returns, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive work environment and support store operations.
• Assist in sales, after-sales activities, and stock-related processes to enhance customer fidelity.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure products are displayed according to brand standards.
• Support opening/closing duties, GDPR compliance and health & safety standards.
