Versace Venezia is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. You will build relationships with customers, maximize sales, and uphold store standards across image, product, and operations, delivering the Versace customer experience.

Responsibilities include CRM, strategic business development with the team, and maintaining stock and visual merchandising to support luxury service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years’ experience in retail – luxury experience preferred.
• Computer skills to include operation of retail sales system, Word, Excel and email.

Mansioni

• Develop relationships with customers and maximize sales while maintaining store standards.
• Deliver the Versace customer experience and act as brand ambassador.
• Capture and use customer data to build long-term relationships (CRM).
• Ensure stock, backroom, VM and merchandising are maintained per directives.
