Versace in Milan is seeking a Sales Associate who will join our team reporting to the Store Manager. You will build relationships with customers and VIP clients, maximize sales, and maintain store standards in image, product and operations while delivering the Versace customer experience.

You will engage in CRM activities, support events, and partner with management to achieve sales targets. A luxury retail background and strong communication are essential.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in retail – luxury experience preferred.
• Proficient with retail sales system, Word, Excel and email.

• Build relationships with customers and VIPs and maximize sales.
• Maintain store image, product and operations to deliver the Versace experience.
• Capture customer data and manage CRM; participate in events.
