Loro Piana is seeking a Head of Store Design support role based in Italy. You will help develop and evolve the store concept, ensuring the brand image is consistently applied to our retail network and offices.

You will study new concepts, manage external partners, and monitor industry trends to keep LP at the forefront of luxury retail design. A strong background in architecture and luxury retail is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor in Architecture
• 3/5 years of experience in Luxury Retail
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to work across the organization
• Creativity, excellence orientation
• Flexibility and operational effectiveness
• Software: AutoCAD 3D modeling program, Microsoft Office

Mansioni

• Support the Head of Store Design in adapting concepts for LP stores
• Develop a Store Concept that represents the Loro Piana culture
• Identify and manage external Consultants/Partners and Agencies
• Analyze and monitor competitors’ store concepts and trends
• Ensure coherence of LP stores in design guidelines, environment, materials and furniture quality worldwide
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants for new concepts design across stores and offices
• Support coordination of impacted stakeholders on cross-functional projects
• Support implementation and feasibility, cost control and timing of new concepts
• Develop and update the Store Concept Book
• Organize information related to the network archive (layout, store database, dashboards)
• Review/update technical documents and databases regularly
• Scout new materials and liaise with Procurement for supplier validation
