Verdura Resort in Sciacca, Italy, seeks a Director of Sales to lead the property's sales strategy and revenue growth. The role partners with GM and Area Director of Sales to drive performance across luxury markets and the Golf segment.

You will develop and mentor the sales team, collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations, and represent Verdura on global platforms, with responsibilities spanning key account management and new business development.

Competenze

• Senior sales leadership in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of North American market and luxury travel trade.
• Experience in key account management and strategic sales planning.
• Fluent English and Italian; willing to travel internationally.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the sales strategy for Verdura Resort, driving revenue growth.
• Develop relationships with luxury leisure, corporate and incentive markets.
• Lead the Sales team and partner with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations.
• Oversee the Golf segment and Golf Sales Manager activities.
• Collaborate with Groups & Events to drive enquiries and targets.
• Represent Verdura Resort at international trade shows and client events.
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing, segmentation and channels.
