Verdura Resort in Sicily seeks a Director of Sales to lead the property's sales strategy, driving revenue growth and overseeing the Golf segment and Groups & Events. The role reports to the Area Director of Sales, Southern Italy, and partners with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations to maximize performance.

The position requires senior leadership in luxury hospitality, deep knowledge of North American and international markets, and fluency in English and Italian.

• Proven track record in key account management and strategic sales planning.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the sales strategy for Verdura Resort to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with luxury leisure, corporate, groups and strategic markets.
• Contribute to annual business planning, budgeting and forecasting for Verdura Resort.
• Partner with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations to optimize pricing and channel mix.
• Collaborate with Global Sales Offices to increase awareness and opportunities internationally.
• Monitor market trends and competition; identify new opportunities and actions.
• Lead and develop the Sales team to meet targets and collaborate across commercial functions.
• Oversee the Golf segment and Golf Sales Manager to maximize golf revenue.
• Coordinate with Groups & Events Sales to drive enquiries and conversions.
• Represent Verdura Resort at international trade shows, workshops, and client events.
