Burberry is seeking a Proto & Sample Procurement Assistant based in Scandicci, Florence, to support the movement of materials, prototypes, and procurement activities across the product lifecycle. You will maintain material data, assist PO activity, and coordinate documentation from research through industrialisation.

Competenze

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy across large data sets.
• Experience in data entry or administrative coordination.
• Proficient with PLM, Excel and related data tooling.

• Create and maintain data for raw materials, hardware, moulds and tools.
• Raise purchase orders for materials across research, prototype, sample and industrialisation phases.
• Validate purchase prices before orders to ensure cost accuracy.
