Prada Group seeks an Outlet Sales Assistant to deliver an extraordinary luxury shopping experience and place the client at the center of every interaction. You will drive sales across in-store and ecommerce channels, promote the brands’ philosophy, and build lasting client relationships through a polished, knowledgeable service.

You will maintain product knowledge, support stock and back-of-house operations, and collaborate with the team to deliver consistent, premium customer journeys across

• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Prada/Miu Miu history and DNA.
• Build and maintain customer data in CRM for personalized service.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Collaborate with Back of House and maintain stock room organization.
• Follow Company procedures on security, stock and logistics.
