Job summary

LVMH is seeking a Merchandising Manager (fixed-term maternity cover) to act as the right hand to the Merchandising Director. You will drive analytics, connect Design, Retail, Wholesale and Ecommerce, and help shape the merchandising strategy for luxury women RTW.

You will lead collection briefs, product range development, price objectives, and lifecycle management, collaborating with Design, Product Development, Production and Visual Merchandising teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics/Marketing with 3–5 years merchandising experience.
• Strong knowledge of Women RTW and luxury market trends.
• Analytical mindset and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Define master order worldwide and merchandising guidelines.
• Open-to-buy collaboration with Finance and Retail.
• Review orders with buyers to ensure brand identity.
• Present collections to Retail, E.Commerce and Wholesale teams focusing on core products.
• Support wholesale during selling campaigns and monitor sell-out.
