Prada Group is seeking an intern to support the product selection process in collaboration with the Worldwide Retail Merchandising Manager. The role focuses on aligning merchandising strategies across the category and regions while gaining exposure to luxury retail operations.

You will work with regional managers to adapt global decisions locally, participate in budget planning, observe market trends in stores, and assist in preparing training tools for teams.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in economics or related field.
• Interest in the luxury industry and product categories.
• Very strong knowledge of Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a team; objective-driven.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good knowledge of English (CEFR C1).

• Supports the Worldwide Retail Merchandising Manager in choosing products and quantities for the assigned region.
• Adapts the global product selection to local market needs with the Country Retail Merchandising Manager.
• Assists in sales budget planning with Planning and Finance teams.
• Visits stores to observe market trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
• Tracks sales results to maintain the right product mix and displays.
• Shares market feedback with the Worldwide Merchandising Manager to support future collections.
• Works with Visual Merchandising to ensure products are well presented in stores and windows.
• Participates in setting up key stores when needed.
• Helps present the collection to local teams and store staff, supporting ordering.
• Assists in creating product training tools for local merchandising and store teams.
