Prada is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Global FP&A team in Milano, focusing on the Retail channel. You will prepare reports monitoring brand performance, support budgeting/forecasting, and provide profitability analyses across regions and channels.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with divisions and regional teams, delivering strategic insights and dashboards for senior management in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3–5 years' experience as a business controller, consulting or audit.

Mansioni

• Prepare management reports and KPIs with key analyses.
• Lead retail daily/weekly reporting for senior management.
• Monitor retail profitability by region and channel.
• Coordinate WW retail tracking of openings/closures with regional teams.
• Support management with dashboards and performance indicators on projects.
• Prepare earnings release analyses for the Holding.
• Assist budgets, reforecasts and 3-year plans with cross-functional teams.
• Support monthly and quarterly closings with variance analysis.
• Analyze business performance vs budgets, focusing on subsidiaries.
• Monitor Retail Capex vs budgets and highlight overspend areas.
