BMC S.p.A. in Valenza, Italy seeks an Experienced HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations in our jewelry manufacturing environment. You will manage talent acquisition for artisanal craft and production roles, develop learning plans, and align HR policies with group standards.

The role reports to the HR Director, leads two HR resources, and requires strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills, with good English proficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Economics or related field.
• 5–8 years HR experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of blue-collar management and labor regulations.
• Proven recruitment and talent attraction experience for artisanal profiles.
• Experience in plant-level training and HR budgeting.
• Good command of English.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing setting.
• Lead talent attraction, recruitment, and partnerships with local trade schools and vocational training institutes.
• Design and implement training plans for upskilling in technical craftsmanship, quality standards, and safety.
• Manage plant organizational design, headcount, shift optimization, and HR budgeting.
