Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of successful retail management experience.
• Experience in jewellery/watches luxury sector preferred.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive boutique sales targets and profitability.
• Lead clienteling to attract and build VIP/high-net-worth relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-caliber team; manage HR compliance and scheduling.
• Maintain luxury visual merchandising and boutique operations.
