The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Venice, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensure impeccable room and public area standards, and coordinate with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry.

You will train staff, schedule shifts, monitor quality, and help maintain Marriott’s luxury service standards. Candidates should have intermediate Italian and English, prior supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, and familiarity with Opera if possible.

Competenze

• You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
• Intermediate Italian and English required.
• Prior housekeeping supervisory experience is preferred.
• Understanding of rooms operations and luxury hospitality.
• Knowledge of Opera property management system is a plus.

Mansioni

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
• Lead daily housekeeping operations and coordinate with Engineering, Front Office and Laundry.
• Train staff, schedule shifts, and monitor performance.
• Communicate changes in assignments and resolve discrepancies with front desk.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and confidentiality of information.
