Rocco Forte Hotels seeks a Cluster Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy across its properties in Italy. You will balance revenue growth with account management, account development, strategic partnerships, and long-term market positioning.

A dynamic leader with emotional intelligence will partner with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to deliver cohesive commercial strategies that drive profitability and client relationships.

Competenze

• Experience leading sales teams in luxury hospitality.
• Strong network and knowledge of the North American market.
• Proven track record in key account management and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Fluency in English and Italian; willingness to travel.

• Define and execute sales strategies for multiple properties.
• Contribute to long-term business planning, budgeting and forecasting.
