Aman Rosa Alpina in the Dolomites seeks a Guest Service Agent to deliver the highest level of guest satisfaction under the Front Office Manager and Director of Rooms. The role focuses on personalized service, brand standards, and seamless guest experiences across the journey.

You will supervise the Guest Service Team, coordinate with departments, and maintain guest profiles while responding to feedback with Aman values.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Degree or diploma in any discipline required.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role within an international luxury hotel environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding service and protect the Aman brand.
• Oversee daily Guest Service operations maintaining brand standards.
• Lead and support the Guest Service Team and ensure high service levels.
• Attend daily briefings to ensure clear communication across departments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel products, services, and experiences.
• Manage guest recognition, profiles and personalized requests.
