Job summary

Aman Rosa Alpina in Italy's Dolomites is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver the highest level of guest satisfaction under the Front Office leadership. You will oversee the Guest Service Team, ensure personalized service and align with Aman standards.

Fluent in English and Italian, you bring at least two years in an international luxury hotel setting, strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in an international luxury hotel.
• Excellent guest relations and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Protect and represent the Aman brand by delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Oversee daily Guest Service operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead and support the Guest Service Team, providing guidance and ensuring high service levels.
• Attend daily Rooms and Operations briefings for effective communication across departments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel products, services and experiences.
• Manage guest recognition, profiles and preferences, coordinating personalized amenities and VIP services.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
• Promote a safe, respectful working environment.
