Hyatt in Rome is seeking a passionate Group & Events Manager to join the Thompson Rome Pre-Opening Team. You will coordinate corporate, leisure, and group events, build strong client relationships, and ensure flawless execution in a luxury setting.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will manage proposals, budgets, and supplier networks, develop bespoke weekly/monthly programs, and collaborate with Operations, F&B, and Front Office to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Competenze

• Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in events/hospitality, luxury environments preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and networking skills.

Mansioni

• Handle corporate, leisure, and group enquiries.
• Coordinate event logistics and client communication from inquiry to execution.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, event orders, and follow-up documentation.
• Coordinate and oversee banquet events ensuring high-quality service.
• Curate and develop bespoke music programs for events.
• Develop weekly and monthly events with unique formats.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, artists, and collaborators.
• Manage event budgets and revenue targets with other departments.
• Maintain and update sales systems, databases, and reporting tools.
• Assist in site inspections, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
