Acne Studios is seeking a Footwear Product Developer to create high‑end collections for designated categories in partnership with the Product Manager, aligning with quality, cost, sustainability, and delivery goals. You will report to the Product Manager and guide technical development from design through pre‑production.

You will manage components, POs, and data in pricing, lead times, and BOM; coordinate samples and shipments, and work with suppliers and internal teams to meet requirements.

Competenze

• 3–5 years’ experience in footwear product development, preferably from high‑end fashion brands.
• Strong communication skills in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with PLM is meriting; driving license (B) is desirable.

Mansioni

• Follow development critical path from design through pre-production, including technical development of lasts, uppers, soles, materials, and components.
• Manage components and sample purchase orders; maintain data on pricing, lead-time, MOQ, surcharges, and documentation.
• Organize shipments across development stages and maintain an archive of product data in the system.
• Collaborate with the quality team on testing and analysis of raw materials from prototyping to sampling.
• Communicate comments on proto stages to suppliers and coordinate day-to-day operations.
• Enter product data into internal PLM system and maintain BOM and product level information.
• Maintain balanced communication with internal departments and external suppliers to meet product requirements.
