Job summary

Sergio Rossi is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant for our Castel Romano Store near Rome to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales.

You will assist customers, learn store KPIs, help achieve targets, and support cashier, stock, receptions and returns, with strong English and a passion for fashion trends.

This fixed-term contract offers the chance to grow in a luxury fashion house that is part of a global luxury group, within a welcoming, high-end retail environment in Castel Romano.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma
• Proficiency in English
• Proven working experience in retail sales
• Commercial mindset, solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in fashion trends

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients by guaranteeing an excellent selling ceremony
• Gaining knowledge of the sales fundamentals and of the main store KPI’s
• Ability to reach the assigned sales targets
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Contribute to the management of the operational processes of the store (cashier, stock, receptions, transfers, returns, inventory)
