Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is hiring for a full-time Food & Beverage associate to support high-end dining experiences on site. You will assist servers with water, coffee and bread service, and help keep tables and stations ready for guests.

Ideal candidates bring experience in fast-paced restaurants, strong multitasking and communication skills, and a welcoming, outgoing demeanor. This role requires standing 8+ hours and lifting up to 50lbs, with English fluency and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment with high-end restaurant exposure.
• Strong multitasking ability and teamwork with servers/bar staff.
• Excellent communication skills for guest interaction.
• Confident, outgoing personality with a can-do approach.
• Must be able to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50lbs.
• Fluency in English and current work authorization for the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by providing water, bread, coffee and tea to guests and communicate needs to the team.
• Open/close side work; set, maintain and break down stations during service.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset for the correct party size.
• Keep work areas clean, neat, and organized at all times.
• Greet guests promptly and provide professional, courteous service.
• Other duties as assigned.
