Belmond's Villa Sant’Andrea in Taormina seeks an accomplished F&B Manager to orchestrate dining across seaside fine dining, terrace bars, beach service and private events. You will blend operational excellence with authentic Sicilian hospitality, delivering world‑class service rooted in luxury and local heritage.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a multilingual team, manage P&L and budgets, collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu concepts, and ensure strict food safety and

Competenze

• Experience as an F&B Manager in luxury hotels or fine dining settings.
• Strong leadership and motivation with hands-on management style.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of HACCP, safety standards, and luxury service protocols.

• Operational Leadership: Manage daily F&B operations across all outlets to ensure seamless service.
• Guest Experience: Deliver highly personalized, anticipatory service reflecting Belmond luxury codes.
• Financial & Cost Control: Oversee P&L, budgets, labor efficiency and cost controls.
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor and train a multilingual, high-performing team.
• Culinary & Concept Collaboration: Partner with Executive Chef on menus, wine lists and experiences.
