Grand Hotel Timeo in Taormina, a Belmond Hotel, seeks an Event Sales Manager to drive luxury events strategy. You will bridge sales and operations, managing group inquiries, proposals, and site inspections to ensure exceptional service.

You will collaborate with the Events Executive and hotel teams to maximize conversions and revenue, while maintaining impeccable standards and client satisfaction in a high-end market.

Competenze

• Experience in luxury hospitality events or sales is required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Fluent English and Italian with strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Handle inquiries for events and groups, negotiate and create proposals.
• Coordinate with Events Executive, SESO, and hotel teams for requests.
• Develop follow-up strategies for non-converting leads.
• Showcase hotel offerings and coordinate site inspections with SESO Milan.
• Manage group rooming and cut‑off dates, and support on-property initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between sales and operations for flawless execution.
