Bulgari Hotel Milano is seeking a Concierge Intern in Milano to support guest services in a luxury setting. You will respond to requests, gather local information, and assist with reservations, transportation, and special arrangements, all while upholding Bulgari standards of hospitality and confidentiality.

This internship requires a college degree or progress, fluency in Italian and English, and strong communication.

Competenze

College degree or pursuing one.
Able to communicate clearly in Italian and English.
Computer literacy and data input.
Knowledge of Opera, Marsha, Mystique and Concierge Assistant preferred.
Second language is desirable.

Mansioni

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services.
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up.
Gather, summarize, and provide information about amenities and events.
Answer and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
Coordinate with Bellmen, Housekeeping and other departments to resolve guest issues.
Report accidents or unsafe conditions to management and complete training.
Welcome guests, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
Comply with QA standards.
Stand or walk for extended periods.
