360 Talent is recruiting for a premium luxury fashion client in Milan to fill a client advisor role. You will focus on CRM, clienteling, client book development and after-sales service, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience within a premium or luxury fashion environment, with solid RTW expertise.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an energetic, responsible and autonomous approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience, with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, client book development and after-sales service.
• Consistently uphold company standards, supporting Visual Merchandising, stockroom operations and cash desk activities when required.
