360 Talent is representing a prestigious Italian luxury fashion house in Forte dei Marmi, seeking a high-caliber Luxury Client Advisor. You will deliver personalised styling, build lasting relationships with high-value clients, and uphold impeccable boutique standards in a premium Ready-to-Wear environment.

The role requires fluent English, a passion for fashion, and strong clienteling skills to ensure an outstanding luxury client experience.

• Deliver a highly personalised client experience, providing expert styling advice tailored to each client’s individual needs and preferences.
• Develop strong product expertise across the brand’s Ready-to-Wear collections, including craftsmanship, materials, and Maison heritage.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through effective clienteling, CRM activities, and exceptional after-sales follow-up.
• Support Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring the boutique environment consistently reflects the brand’s identity and luxury standards.
• Contribute to daily boutique operations, including stock management, deliveries, inventory control, and product organisation.
• Maintain an impeccable sales floor and stockroom environment, ensuring the highest levels of operational excellence and customer service.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury or premium Ready-to-Wear retail, with a strong understanding of the fashion industry and client expectations.
• Genuine passion for fashion, styling, and delivering an outstanding luxury client experience.
• Strong clienteling capabilities, with the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented, polished, and professional, with a strong sense of style, product sensitivity, and commercial awareness.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered a plus.
