Arsenale is seeking a Brand & Experience Manager in Latina, Italy to safeguard and evolve the group’s luxury brand portfolio. You will shape brand strategy, guard narratives, and guide agencies while aligning with governance and licensing frameworks.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to ensure premium, consistent brand expressions across channels and markets.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 7–10+ years in brand management within luxury, hospitality or fashion sectors.
• Fluency in English and Italian; strong governance and brand risk knowledge.

Mansioni

• Define and evolve group and project brand strategies under the CMO.
• Act as Brand Guardian ensuring consistent brand narratives across markets.
• Lead high‑level naming, storytelling and creative platforms for launches.
• Provide strategic direction to agencies and ensure brand governance.
