Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella in Milano is seeking a Client Advisor who loves luxury beauty and can be the custodian of the brand's heritage. You will drive personal sales, deliver an unforgettable client experience, and ensure the Store meets its goals while upholding exceptional service standards.

You will build lasting client relationships, develop deep product knowledge, and collaborate with the team to achieve targets using CRM tools.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of sales experience, luxury retail and/or beauty preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
