Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a luxury retail professional to drive sales and uphold the Dior brand experience across multiple points of sale in Italy. You will deliver exceptional service, educate customers on Dior fragrances, skincare and makeup, and contribute to merchandising and stock control.

The role emphasizes achieving monthly sell-out targets, promoting the Dior image, and collaborating with retailers while being available to travel to support different counters.

Competenze

• Professional retail experience in make-up and/or service industry, ideally in luxury.
• Deep knowledge of beauty products: fragrance, skincare and makeup.
• Passionate about customer service and beauty industry.

Mansioni

• Sell Dior products and provide a high standard of service to customers.
• Achieve sell-out targets monthly and promote brand image.
• Educate customers on Dior products and the Dior brand.
• Participate in merchandising maintenance and planograms.
• Monitor stock levels and report issues to supervisor.
• Establish strong relationships with retailers and travel to support different points of sale.
