European Investment Bank in Luxembourg seeks Associate Hospitality Services Contract Manager to coordinate outsourced facilities management including catering, cleaning, and service desk.

Role reports to the Head of Hospitality Services Unit; requires 3+ years in FM/Hospitality; strong negotiation, KPI, cost control; relocation support provided. The position is a full‑time, 4‑year contract at grade 4.

Competenze

• University degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in facilities management with hospitality services.
• Experience in contract management based on performance/outcomes.
• Knowledge of Archibus or similar IWMS is a plus.

Mansioni

• Implement operating procedures for the assigned service contracts and drive best-practice to provide value.
• Coordinate with CRE projects to ensure service readiness during openings and transitions.
• Monitor FM Service Desk ticketing activity and KPI performance to drive improvements.
• Ensure quality controls for catering and cleaning services across buildings and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor contract compliance and contribute to efficiency and transparency improvements.
• Support integration of sustainability objectives into contract management and performance indicators.
