Hotel La Palma on Capri invites a skilled Sommelier to join its Food & Beverage team. You will craft and refresh the wine list with the Wine Manager, guide guests through pairings, and ensure perfect service and temperatures while maintaining inventory and staff training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sommelier or in a wine-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of wines, regions and food pairings.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Advanced English required for international guests.

• Recommend wine pairings and guide guests.
• Oversee wine service and ensure proper serving temperatures.
• Manage and stock wine cellar; negotiate with vendors.
