Explora Journeys in Milan seeks an Onboard Marketing Specialist to ensure the accuracy and aesthetic excellence of all non-revenue guest communications onboard, reflecting luxury standards and a seamless guest journey.

Collaborating with onboard operations and corporate teams, you will guard clarity, consistency, and brand expression across the ship, managing CMS content, translations, print production, and agency coordination.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in marketing, communications, or desktop publishing; luxury hospitality/cruise preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; other European languages a plus.
• Experience onboard cruise ships as a Desktop Publisher or printer is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign essential) and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail with print production knowledge.

Mansioni

• Review and approve non-revenue guest communications for tone, clarity, and brand alignment.
• Manage content library across printed formats and CMS, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Coordinate with onboard teams and external agencies for brochures, signage, and materials.
• Oversee non-revenue printed collateral, in-suite materials, signage, menus, and related touchpoints.
• Own file systems and templates to keep all collateral up-to-date and accessible.
