Job Description
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, with a strong focus on KPI monitoring and performance analysis to ensure operational excellence and service reliability. The role drives logistics digitalisation initiatives, leveraging data and technology to enhance visibility, streamline processes, and support informed decision‑making. In addition, the position manages 3PL performance, identifies cost‑saving opportunities, and leads continuous optimisation programmes aimed at improving efficiency, reducing complexity, and creating sustainable value for the business.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in logistics operations, distribution, or supply chain environments.
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be within the range set out below for a full‑time position. Within this range, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
BASE PAY RANGE 32000‑37000 annually gross
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position and employee’s work schedule).
